Little Piggy Bistro is the brain child of Chef/Owner Eric Rowse.
Chef Eric has over 9 years experience in personally customizing menus and parties of all sorts, from large corporate banquets to small intimate home dinners. Chef Eric is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy-Le Cordon Bleu.
While going to school and working in San Francisco, Chef Eric was exposed to a wide variety of cultures and cuisines. This lead to a passion for combining flavors to create something original.
After graduating with honors Chef Eric went on to work at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. where the drive to make every guest happy and their experience magical was first instilled upon him. A drive and passion he carries with him to this day.
In 2008, Chef Eric decided to return home to Southern California where he tries to continue bringing the magic to his guests.
In 2015 Chef Eric competed in the S.Pellegrino Young Chef competition and was named one of the Top Ten Chefs under 30 in the United States.
